Housing Focused Shelter Program
*Must apply in person*
Guests have access to mental health services including assessments, counseling, and referrals.
Guests in the Housing Focused Shelter Program will receive overnight shelter during their time in the program. All Housing Focused Shelter Program guests must check in by 8:00pm.
Guests receive support to re-enter the workforce through job readiness training, interview preparation, and skill-building. Programs include our Ready for Work Training Program and the Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) Program for individuals with disabilities.
Guests receive one-on-one support from a case manager to build a path toward long-term stability. This includes goal setting, budgeting, ID procurement, connecting to healthcare and benefits, preparing for employment, and developing a personalized housing stability plan.
Our staff help guests connect to healthcare providers, manage appointments, access medications, and navigate complex medical systems to improve overall well-being.
Veterans receive dedicated support to access VA benefits, healthcare, housing resources, and other services for which they are eligible with guidance throughout the process.
Case management continues even after a guest is housed to ensure ongoing support, stability, and connection to resources during the transition.
